Yoga Nidra

This restorative “inner-body” yoga uses a series of guided visualizations and deep relaxation techniques to move beyond the conditioned mind into a state of expanded self-awareness. Access to the deeper realms of the mind allow one to release the sources of tension, anxiety, unwanted habits, and self-limiting beliefs to awaken one’s greatest inner potential. Each class begins with 15 minutes of gentle, meditative asana, with the balance of the practice performed in savasana (corpse pose).
