Learn to Meditate with James Gardner

While we may not often recognize them, between each thought is a gap, albeit a small one for most of us living in this fast-paced world.  Learning to lengthen these gaps through meditation helps us to better control our next thought and the emotions that often accompany them, thus creating inner peace, greater vitality, less stress and better health.

With over 10 years of study with Deepak Chopra, James teaches students using the timeless practice of Primordial Sound Meditation.  Meditation is a tool for rediscovering the body’s own inner intelligence.  Primordial Sound Meditation uses individually selected sounds of nature called mantras, to disconnect us from the activity of life.  These primordial sounds are based on the vibration the universe was creating at the moment of your birth, giving each of us a personal mantra by which to quiet the mind, lengthen the gaps between thoughts and connect with our deeper self.

When:  Saturday, March 10, 2012, 12:30-6:30pm and Sunday, March 11, 12:30-3:30pm
