How do I know which class is right for me?

If you’re totally new to yoga, it’s best to start with a foundation course like our Basics Vinyasa or Vital Roots series. These courses will give you the opportunity to learn essential postures, common sequences and proper alignment—all in a warm, supportive environment. Even if you think you’re physically prepared for a more advanced class, we recommend beginning your practice with the basics. Then, once you have an understanding of yoga fundamentals, experiment with different instructors and classes.
