I’m not very flexible. Can I do yoga?
While flexibility is one of the many benefits of a regular practice, you need not already be “bendy” to begin one. In fact, perhaps because we’re lucky enough to live in one of the most active regions in the country, many of our students are accomplished athletes and outdoors-people who dream of one day touching their toes! So, whether your personal best involves rocking a triathlon or just making it around your block, yoga is a great way to get there. It builds strength, boosts stamina, heightens concentration, improves circulation—and dramatically reduces stress.
